No. You don’t require referral, but we may write to your GP, with your permission or refer you to the GP for further analysis if it is deemed appropriate.

We do not work directly with insurance companies but depending on your insurer, your consultations may be covered as part of BANT or CNHC association.

No, come as you are. Following your introductory consultation you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire ahead of your next meeting.

Payment for the introductory consultation is due upon booking, and payment of a programme is due 2 weeks prior to the initial meeting.

Payments are made online using the payment links provided by Stripe.

Introductory consultations should be cancelled or amended 48 hrs prior otherwise they will be charged in full. For programme T&C’s please refer to the Office Policy document presented and agreed upon booking.
