Our fertility programme for couples
Supporting Natural Conception and Assisted Reproductive Technology including IUI, IVF and Embryo Freezing.
Working together as a couple provides opportunity to impact fertility as a whole. Sperm health contributes enormously to foetal health; we know that sperm quality is the reason for up to 50% of infertility cases, and many people are unaware that sperm health contributes to risk of miscarriage.
-
Sperm typically undergoes a degree of damage before it reaches the egg, but in many cases the egg has an astonishing ability to correct DNA damage! The difficulty is, that as egg quality diminishes, sperm DNA can go unchecked which can result in implantation failure or an embryo to stop growing. Unfortunately, this can also result in miscarriage. This is why we truly believe that working together on your fertility as a couple and preventing sperm damage in the first place by supporting the natural defence system that protects sperm DNA from harm, as well as doing what we can to improve egg quality, will be most beneficial for overall fertility.

Our programme for female fertility
Support for women preparing for egg freezing and for those wanting to improve their overall fertility
It takes approximately 3 months for a woman’s eggs to prepare for ovulation, so this course is timed perfectly as an opportunity to optimise egg quality.
-
Egg freezing is growing in popularity and research shows that the quality of a woman’s eggs is vital for success during the thawing and fertilisation process. In fact, we know that in the case of both natural and assisted reproductive technology, egg quality influences the likelihood of fertilisation, embryo development, implantation and miscarriage risk.
The wonderful news is that research has proven that diet and lifestyle hugely impact the egg maturation process.

Our programme for polycystic ovarian syndrome
Management of symptoms including acne, weight gain, PMS and overall fertility support
’When you have PCOS, it can feel like you are lost at sea’ - Felice Gersh
I could not agree more with the above quotation by Felice Gersh someone who has been there myself! Often PCOS women are put on the contraceptive pill to manage symptoms at a young age and sent on their way with no further support. When it comes to fertility, they are left wondering…
-
Your natural menstrual cycle is a marker of health. A dysregulated period and infertility are both signs of other health problems. Physical and mental stress trigger the body as one of its most basic survival techniques, to shut down reproductive functions. The Netsing Nutrition approach to restore overall wellness from the root cause, will support natural reproductive functions to start back up.
During this programme, the aim will be to improve your hormone and metabolic functions through diet and lifestyle, and in turn aim to improve your fertility. As we target the root cause of the imbalances, the knock-on effect will be management for other symptoms associated with PCOS such as menstrual dysfunction, weight gain, acne, hirsutism (increased dark hairs), alopecia etc. -

Learn more about at home hormone testing with DUTCH.
The gold standard of hormone metabolite testing.
-
Nesting Nutrition is a registered DUTCH test provider in the UK. We offer DUTCH Complete Hormone Testing with Cycle Mapping.
-
Women whose cycles don’t follow the expected pattern or who have cycle specific symptoms such as irregular cycles, luteal phase shifts and hormonal symptoms throughout the cycle such as PMS, mid-cycle spotting, migraines, etc.
The test provides the full picture of a woman’s cycle to answer important questions for patients who experience infertility and hormone imbalances.
WHO IS IT NOT SUITABLE FOR?
• Women on birth control -
The test maps out the hormonal fluctuations throughout the menstrual cycle and tells us whether they’re following the expected, optimal pattern. This information is not possible to achieve with a traditional blood test that show hormones at a snapshot in time.
